  • Our by time rates are: from £15/half hour Plus call out charge (Dependant on location) – We will call to confirm once booked.

FIXED PRICE – “Peace of Mind” Fixed Labour Price

  •  If you prefer to have a fixed price and to know exactly where you stand, please email through all the details or book your preferred day and time in with details and we will send you a price within 48 hours.
  1. KITCHEN FITTING -£120/UNIT (8 unit kitchen – £960) (12 unit – £1440) (16 unit – £1920)
  2. BATHROOM FITTING – including rip-out, plumbing & tiling. £450/day (Average bathroom takes 7 days)
  3. RESEAL Bath/shower tray or Kitchen worktops– from £120
  4.  RE-GROUT Floor or wall tiles – £50/M2

SURVEY AND QUOTE VISIT

We are more than happy to come out and survey more complex jobs to work out the required amount of materials and time needed.

  1.  The visit costs £49. As long as the work needing to be done is over £250 it will be deducted from your final bill.
  2. We pride ourselves on a honest and trustworthy service. If for any reason what you want isn’t possible we will refund the survey fee.
  3. We will aim to give you a quote there and then for the required work, however sometimes we may need to take it away. Please allow 48 hours for the quote to be received.
  4.  If the job is simple we will aim to complete it there and then for you. The survey fee allows for 30 minutes only.
